Looking for an experienced Insurance Trainer.

We need someone specialized in training new agents on a wide range of topics, including new product knowledge, sales speech development, and effective product demonstrations.

His/Her goal is to equip our agents with the skills and confidence they need to excel in the insurance industry.

He/She should understand the importance of motivating new agents to enhance their business performance.

With my dynamic training techniques and motivational strategies, He/She can inspire our agents to reach their full potential and achieve their sales targets.

In addition to agent training, He/She should also provide comprehensive training for office employees.

Whether it's teaching them about CLIA form filling or enhancing their overall insurance industry knowledge, He/She should ensure that our entire team is well-equipped to handle their respective roles effectively.

He/She with His/Her expertise and passion for training,will create a tailored program that meets the unique needs of our organization.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
