Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by the management team.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Calculate and manage Cost to Company (CTC) for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Oversee salary processing.

Maintain records of employee compensation, deductions, and incentives.

Collaborate with the HR team to address any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure proper tax deductions and compliance in salary processing.

Generate reports on employee compensation and payroll data for management and regulatory purposes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Understanding of applicable financial regulations and compliance standards.

High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
