Preparation/finalization of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of Board meetings, Committee meetings and Shareholder's meetings. Preparation/ updation of Statutory registers including minutes books, shareholders registers etc
Conduct Board meetings, Committee meetings, Shareholder's & Investor's meetings
To ensure Compliance of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations as well as Bank Specific Compliances
To ensure adherence of company's policies, SOPs, Matrix, and guidelines
Preparation of various Notes, Letters/ Notices/Responses etc.
Internal and Statutory Audit Assistance and Support Function to Accounts and Finance Department
Compliance of associate /affiliated subsidiaries including overseas subsidiaries/associate entity
Dealing with internal and external parties and coordination with various stakeholders, directors, banks, shareholders, auditors, governmental agencies, and other regulatory authorities
Foreign Law Research and Compliances as and when required
Investment due diligence, Incorporation of new entities, NBFC Registration
Execution / review of agreements/contracts on need basis
To assist/guide management in relation to the secretarial and legal aspects.
