About Company


Our client is a leading mid‐market investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.


Roles & responsibilities:


  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper & digital form
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
  • Arranging Travel and accommodation
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative process
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Coordinating with Corporate HR Team related to employee engagement activities.

Requirements:


  • Any Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification with 08+ years of experience
  • Prior experience in admin role is preferred.
  • Good Analytical skills with strong foundation in MS Office. Advance knowledge of excel, power point etc.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Salary:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year

  • Day shift
