About Company
Our client is a leading mid‐market investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper & digital form
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
- Arranging Travel and accommodation
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned
- Implement clerical duties and administrative process
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Coordinating with Corporate HR Team related to employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification with 08+ years of experience
- Prior experience in admin role is preferred.
- Good Analytical skills with strong foundation in MS Office. Advance knowledge of excel, power point etc.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Salary:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
