Legal Recruiter


A legal recruiter is a human resources professional who assists hiring managers in the legal industry to find, hire, and retain high-quality legal professionals.

They assess, project, and determine hiring needs and create a recruiting process that meets their clients' business strategies.


Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Location:
Mohali (Onsite)


Qualification:
Bachelor of Law.

Legal Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, & clerks
  • Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, LinkedIn, job boards, seeking referrals, and highvolume cold calling.
  • Keep detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
Legal Recruiter Qualifications

  • A law degree or completion of law school is ideal
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationshipbuilding skills are desired
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Word, and social media tools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
