GM - SERVICE OPERATIONS
The applicant should possess Engineering / MBA qualifications in the relevant discipline, with 10+ years of Service Operations Management experience, preferably from the Automobile industry.
Familiar with customer vehicle service management, service team management, performance management, customer relationships, loyalty program management, service level standards, vendor management, spares management, customer service and retention.
Salary:
Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
