- Empower BriBooks Users to improve their overall experiences and ensure the utmost customer delight.
- Escalate issues to the right person in a timely manner.
- Identify User needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Open for WFO
- Work timing 9am 6pm
- Mandatory skill to be able to write short technical explanations
- Ability to selfmanage time and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, innovative environment demonstrating high energy, a sense of urgency, and decisiveness
- Aptitude to multitask with a high volume of tasks, Responsible, independent.
- Team player with solid communication and presentation skills
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
