Overview:

The role will be responsible for: Quarterly control owner ensuring standards compliance across global systems and drive violation remediation Liaison for IAM access provisioning services across sectors.

Ensure that monitoring and appropriate role management is completed across key systems including SOD Ensure monitoring of user, service, system, privileged, BOT, account accesses across key systems.

Manage the access provisioning team testing delivery of access requests and processes IAM Governance and work intake across global systems.

Drive Agile process for key projects assigned with cross teams. The IAM work intake and controls Sr Analyst reports to the Access provisioning and Compliance Sr. Manager who has overall responsibility for Identity and Access management globally.

The scope of project involvement and the expectation of highly developed leadership skills of the associate in this position will be required to drive common global objectives and ensure critical quarterly controls are maintained.

The position also will be responsible for ensuring the timely communication and delivery of IAM services and serve as the primary contact for the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure work intake requests are processed and deliver dates appropriately assigned communicated and delivery dates delivered to the business on time driving resolution on issues.
  • Ensure monitoring and timely communications with IAM teams, delivery leads and the business. Ensure monitoring of SOX access provisioning controls globally ensuring appropriate remediation of violations.
  • Ensure the review of ID violations ensuring consistency across all sectors. Ability to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans, or behaviours to meet security and IAM standards Working knowledge of Project Lifecycle methodologies and experience in leading projects Liaison with multiple team and coordinate the appropriate IAM deliverables.
  • Propose solutions for project requirements to enable business needs and meet project deliverables. Coordinate initiatives, ensuring AOP deliverables including appropriate training, and communication of security, IAM mandates. Advocate MyidM Access request processes in compliance with security policies and audits. Ensure the review MyidM Request forms for relevance to their sector, when appropriate. Drive the access provisioning team to meet AOP and IAM project deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 4year Undergraduate degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of 8 years plus administrative and operational support experience in Identity Management; CA Identity Management is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of I/T security experience or relevant Security certifications. Understanding and knowledge of monitoring tools knowledge of audit and privileged access administration.
  • Senior professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in Identity and Access Management field.
  • Experience of security policy and compliance, Control specific standards. Understanding and knowledge of process management with some experience running projects.
  • Technical SME expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies
  • CA Identity Manager, CA Identity Governance, CA Directory, Okta and Site MinderA minimum of 2 years' experience in Java, Java Script technology. Experience with debugging and deployment tools such as Postman, WinScp, RDP, Putty Senior professional with experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Directories and Databases. CA and Oracle Directory experience is preferred minimum of 3 years' experience on Linux and Windows platform A minimum of 4 years of project lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work with complex details Experience with various ID administration processes for platforms (Windows) and Operating Systems (Windows, or Unix/Linux); or Databases (Oracle, SQL etc). Excellent work item followup skills with attention to details.
  • Debugging and problemsolving skills to resolve operational issues and perform Root cause analysis and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Experience of security policy and compliance, Control specific standards. Understanding and knowledge of process management with some experience running projects.
  • Ability to work with and influence remote personnel with process and metrics
  • Ability to work well in a team environment driving privileged access standards IAM tools experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively interact with global teams
  • Experience working with different stake holders globally across different levels
  • Understanding and knowledge of project and process management with some experience running projects
