    Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Customer Support Executive.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • High level of patience and a customerfocused mindset
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly
  • Proficient in English and one or more regional languages
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with AI technology (Plus)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and juggle competing priorities
