    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct financial audits of company records, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.
    • Analyze financial data, transactions, and documentation to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential areas of risk.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective action.
    • Communicate audit results and findings to management, highlighting areas of concern and providing actionable insights for improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor remediation efforts.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure audit processes remain current and effective.
    • Participate in special projects or investigations as assigned by Strong skills in conducting audit reports and financial audits, with a solid understanding of audit methodologies and techniques.
    • Proficient in analytical skills and finance knowledge, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in conducting internal audits, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
    • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial records, documents, and transactions.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
