Description

Responsibilities:

-
Initiate Customer Interaction: Start conversations with customers as soon as an order is received to confirm order details and gather necessary files for printing.
-
File Management: Follow up with customers to obtain the files to be printed, ensuring all specifications are met and files are in the correct format.

Approval Process: Coordinate with customers to get approval on proofs and final designs before proceeding to production.

Production Coordination: Communicate with the production planner to understand the production schedule and commit a realistic delivery timeline to the customer.

Delivery Follow-Up: Liaise with the delivery team to ensure that the order is dispatched and delivered as per the committed schedule.

Customer Support: Address any customer inquiries or concerns throughout the process, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, approvals, and delivery statuses.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends to help improve service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
-
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a print service or related industry.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and familiar with software used for customer interactions and file management.

Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in file handling and order processing.

Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues and production challenges.

Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with other departments, including production and delivery teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
