Urgent Opening for Call Centre Executive

Work Timing 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Telesales.
Handling in bound/out bound telephone calls, coldcalling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.
Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Maintaining stellar working relationships with key industry persons and liaisons with local insurers and PR machinery.
Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be delegated from time to time by the Management.
