Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular Salesforce maintenance activities, including system updates, data backups, and user management.
- Develop and implement Salesforce best practices to ensure the platform is operating at optimal levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide realtime insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
- Provide enduser support and training to help drive adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and functionalities, and recommend solutions to improve platform efficiency.
Requirements:
- 35 years of handson experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including upgrades and integration.
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce databases, profiles, and access controls.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, with the ability to recommend and implement new features to improve performance.
- Ability to import sales data and generate Salesforce reports to provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide enduser support and training.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
