Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team and utilize our cloud-based design platform to create innovative and visually stunning interior designs.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating effectively with our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop interior design concepts and layouts using our cloud-based design tools, incorporating client requirements, space planning, and aesthetic considerations.

3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations of interior spaces, accurately representing design elements, materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.

Collaborative Design:

Work closely with clients, interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and execute designs that align with project objectives.

Platform Utilization:

Proficiently use our cloud-based design platform to produce detailed designs, presentations, and renderings, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.

Innovation and Creativity:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to projects.

Communication and Presentation:

Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations, mood boards, and visual aids to convey concepts to clients and team members.

Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize design files, and maintain accurate documentation of design iterations and revisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in interior design, 3D visualization, and rendering using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
Proficiency in utilizing cloudbased design platforms for collaboration and project management.
Strong creativity, spatial awareness, and attention to detail in design execution.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote or workfromhome setup.
Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and 3D visualizations.
