    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences, including investors, clients, and partners.
    • Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and transform it into visually compelling stories.
    • Ensure all presentations are aligned with our brand standards and communicate our values effectively.
    • Ideate and create additional visual design projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital content, and corporate branding collateral.
    • Develop innovative design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.
    • Produce engaging graphics, layouts, and visual effects for various media including websites, social media, print, and video.
    • Implement and adhere to established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
    • Continuously evaluate and adapt designs to maintain and elevate the brand's standards.
    • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
    • Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.
    • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual messaging across various platforms and media.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in presentation design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills (experience with corporate presentations is a plus).
    • High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi) and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools is preferred, showcasing the candidate's ability to contribute to web design projects.
    • Exceptional design aesthetic, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and departments.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
    • A passion for storytelling through visual design.

    Compensation:

    • The CTC is ₹12 lakhs, with ₹10 lakhs paid monthly over 12 months and a ₹2 lakh annual retention bonus awarded at the end of the 12-month period.
    • A performance bonus is available for those demonstrating superior performance.
