Job Description:

Legal Executive

Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, subcontracts.
Ad hoc legal advice relating to the general operations of the company.
Involvement with corporate and paralegal matters and assisting with compliance with legal requirements of the company, Assisting with the keeping the company contracts and guidelines/policies up to date. Exposure to drafting and negotiating agreements are key assets.
Should be a team player and demonstrate a good project management approach combined with good communication skills.
Should have a very good business understanding and are willing to learn and evolve in an entrepreneurial and result oriented environment
Should understand legal matters and legal issues, you are accurate and extremely organized, and you are willing to learn.
