What we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

Deliver math lessons for Grade 1 to 12 studentsthat align with Bhanzu's vision and mission to meet the diverse learning needs of our students
Infuse realworld connections into lessons to make math relevant and interesting to students which will foster a love of mathematics
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, interest, critical thinking and creativity
Motivate and inspire our students to excel in math
Provide regular feedback and grades to students and parents, and work closely with our support team to identify and address any academic concerns
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in math education and share knowledge with colleagues
Embrace and model Bhanzu's values of empathy, respect, creativity, and curiosity in all interactions with students

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Mathematics/Science/Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Mathematics Faculty, preferably in online teaching or elearning environments.
Proficiency in teaching various mathematics topics, including algebra, geometry and statistics, to students of different grade levels.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum and academic standards in mathematics education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online setting.
Technologically proficient, comfortable with using virtual learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational software.
Passion for teaching and a studentcentered approach to instruction.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Familiarity with online assessment tools and the ability to provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fastpaced, and remote work environment.

Perks:

This is a work from home opportunity and the remuneration starts at INR 25,000 per month.
