Description
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fastpaced environment or within a recruiting agency.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other HR software tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
