The role contributes in increasing the current revenues and bringing additional revenue into the Non-Aero vertical by the way of finding new avenues for revenue, adding new concessionaires into the existing portfolio.
The role would be responsible for achieving the Retail revenues for New Nagpur and Vizag International Airport.ORGANISATION CHART:

Non-aero Revenues Retail
- Total Nonaero Revenues AOP Revenue
- Total Nonaero Income per Pax AOP IPP
Finalizing the concessionaires and plan for expansion / vacant locations Number of new Stores
Value Creation to Holding company AOP revenues
Brand Analytics to drive Rev and KPIs Number of Review
Technology & Innovation driven SMART & Sustainable Airport Initiatives
Service Quality (ASQ Score) ASQ Score
Service Quality with focus on:
a) Passenger Experience
b) Passenger Engagement and Feedback Score
Implement New Initiatives - Trends on Shopping Festivals & Consumer Behavior Number of campaigns & results
Benchmarking with Travel Retail at Other Airports, Premium malls and High Street stores with respect to new / performing / upcoming brands - Action for improvement at GHIAL Number of Benchmarking implemented
