    Description


    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored for MBA students to help them secure internships, campus placements, and excel in job interviews.
    • Utilize various professional learning methods such as interactive workshops, case studies, simulations, and role-playing exercises to keep students engaged.
    • Create high-quality training materials like handouts, presentations, and online resources tailored for MBA students.
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback from participants and performance metrics.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends in soft skills development and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
    • Manage data for accreditation and ranking agencies.
    • Plan, budget, set training schedules, and handle vendor management.

    Education Qualification:
    • Master's degree or related field experience (preferred).
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
    • Strong grasp of current business challenges and trends.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to create engaging learning environments.
    • Familiarity with professional learning methodologies.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, with a demonstrated application in a business context (additional knowledge of relevant software is a plus).
