Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager/Manager Projects in the Kerala region, based in Ernakulam. The role entails overseeing and managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring project schedules, managing resources, handling vendor coordination, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and preparing project reports to communicate updates effectively. The professional will manage budgets and ensure cost optimization while driving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Planning skills, including the ability to oversee design and execution phases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team Coordination and Vendor Management experience to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across various stakeholders.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance, Safety Compliance, and Cost Optimization principles in project execution.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, time management, and resource allocation techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with construction or retail projects and relevant industry standards is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
