Job summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Data Entry executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our real estate properties and transactions.

You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Key responsibilities:
Enter and update data related to real estate properties, including property descriptions, transaction details, and client information into our database

Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered into our system and identify and correct any errors as needed

Maintain records of property listings, client contacts, and other important documentation related to real estate transactions

Coordinate with members of the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Generate reports on real estate transactions, listings, and other metrics as required

Update websites and other social media platforms with accurate real estate property information

Maintain an organized and efficient working environment, including the proper filing and storage of documents

Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members when responding to inquiries and concerns about real estate properties


Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in data entry, preferably in the real estate industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible and analytical with a keen attention to detail

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively

Efficient organization and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in the real estate industry and desire to stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends

₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
