Noida (on-site).
Shift Hours:
US Shift (EST - 5:30pm to 2:30 AM
& PST - 8:30pm to 5:30am
)
Your Experience:
- Strong skills in IT / Non-IT / Healthcare & Semiconductor Recruiters for Direct Clients.
- 2+ Years of a proven track record in a US based Staffing Company
- 1+ Years of experience in IT or Non-IT or Semiconductor & Healthcare hiring.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have current experience in Fulltime and W
- Must have extensive Knowledge on all United States Taxterms (Like W2, 1099, and corp2corp)
