Job Description:
Sales Support
Outside Sales:
- Answer incoming enquiries and direct to responsible sales
- Assisting sales to follow up with customers on their forecast and orders on regular basis
- Facilitate sales on quotation to customers
- Work with different warehouses for materials to meet customers sample/material requirement
- Assist Country Manager to regenerate sales management report on monthly bases to support and meeting the committed forecast
Inside Sales:
- Assist Inside Sales Manager in inside sales operation
- Review shipment backlog and bookings on regular basis
- Assist Inside Sales Manager to regenerate sales management reports
Customer Service
- Manage customer/distributors complaints
- Manage customer/distributors RMA returns
- Maintain and update Contact Database
- Facilitate on finance and customer on payment issues
Order Processing
- Check the validity of information in customer/distributor purchase order
- Assist in setting up new customer account in SF/SAP
- Check material availability and manage materials lead time
- Generate necessary documentations for NCNR or Blanket Order
- Log in customer/distributor purchase order
- Follow up with Customer/distributor order confirmation
- Preparation of necessary documents for shipments
Systems and Processes
- Maintain proper filing
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures
- Manage projects assigned
Qualifications:
- 1~2 years working experience with O" level or Diploma; preferably in Electrical/Electronics/Supply Chain/ Logistics or Businessrelated disciplines
- SAP experience is an added advantage, Knowledge of Incoterms (International & Local)
- Willing to learn attitude, fast learner and adapt quickly to changes
- Adaptable, Process & Detailoriented, Organized with strong Customer-First, Customer-Relationship and Customer-Experience with business & solution sense
- Handson with good problemsolving skills relating to daily operations and customer issues
- Ability to handle stress, complex situations/cases and difficult customers
- Ability to foster positive working relationships, work independently and interdependently as a team
- Able to work under fast pace working environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
