- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, industry trends, and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend HCM solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system integrity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Oracle HCM configurations and customizations.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle HCM solutions through rigorous testing.
- Conduct user training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to use Oracle HCM Cloud effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client inquiries and issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest updates, features, and enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud integration methodologies and tools.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation, Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as AI, machine learning, and analytics in HCM.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud REST APIs.
