Responsibilities

Research and analyze possible markets, industries, and clients to identify and develop new business prospects.
Create and build good relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and giving appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that both the company and the clients benefit.
Develop customised proposals, project estimates, and project plans in collaboration with the technical team.
Execute daily targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and revenue goals.
Provide the management team with regular reports and updates on sales efforts, pipeline, and market trends.
Maintain a competitive edge by staying up to current on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions to nontechnical clients.
Proficient knowledge in using
freelance, PPH, fibre and Upwork
