Job Title:
Business Development Executive/Manager

Experience: 2+ Years with relevant experience in staffing/IT/ITES industry.

Location:
OMR, Chennai

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate.

Responsibilities:


  • Identifying, qualify, and secure business opportunities related to the staffing industry.
  • Generate new sales leads for staffing business.
  • Market research on shortterm and longterm business goals and create strategies accordingly to boost internal revenue.
  • Build and manage the outbound business development pipeline to increase client base.
  • Client relationship management create effective client strategies to enhance their business thus driving cross/upsell revenue for the company.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings.
  • Manage, retain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Have an indepth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  • Write business proposals.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Draft and review contracts.

Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience as Business Development Executive/Manager.
  • Exposure to the staffing industry (Preferable)
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsible for meeting business targets.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly nature.

Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year

  • Chennai,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
