Responsibilities:

  • Live Chat Support
  • Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Generation of Leads from Social media platforms organically.
  • Managing social media accounts and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SMM, SEO and Customer Handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
