Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support
- Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Generation of Leads from Social media platforms organically.
- Managing social media accounts and monitoring performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SMM, SEO and Customer Handling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
