    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled, CORNERSTONE product specialist to join our dynamic team.

    CORNERSTONE product specialist will responsible for assisting the Nissan digital & Nisaan global Leaning teams with configurations & platform maintenance , upgrades, releases.

    This role will require support covering all ownership and maintenance of the CSDO platform exhaustively [ For Dev up to Production].

    Some critical needs include security strategy, architecture across CORNERSTONE platform maintaining configuration security across data, processes, reporting, global roles/teams and proactively driving pragmatic solutions that support the business in a secure, transparent and resilient manner.

    This critical position values integrity, quality, expertise, precision, communication, and efficiency and required to define CORNERSTONE solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

    This role collaborates with the other Nissan Digital teams, HR teams, vendors, employees, managers and other functional stakeholders and required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify cornerstone platform solution options, to set a structured system evolution roadmap for CORNERSTONE / Cornerstone at Nissan.

    Identify the current needs, demand from the business community, and understand systems feasibilities to cater to those needs and implement robust solutions in the system to address those need gaps.

    This position requires an individual that demonstrates leadership, business strategy, decision-making, and management skills, and to oversee the Cornerstone Security Operation implementations to serve our clients with excellenceAs a Cornerstone expert you will be closely involved in the implementation of Cornerstone projects for our customers around the globe.

    You would be expected to familiarize yourself step by step with each phase of a software development project, and to assume your own responsibilities, especially in relation to independent programming tasks.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Technical Expert:
    Be an expert at HR platform capabilities.

    Be well versed with all aspects of enterprise grade application development on HR platform having worked in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle from Design through Delivery.

    Understands the nuances of building scalable applications such as Security, Data Management including large data migrations, Integrations, Deployment etc.

    Familiarity with multiple technologies and proven ability to explore new technologies and drive Automation & InnovationTechnical Leadership :

    Be a Technical Lead/Mentor for development teams. Be the go-to person for challenges faced by developers. Ability to plan, distribute and drive projects with developers in an Agile model.

    Document best practices for design and development and ensure development team(s) are following themSolution Architecture:

    Ability to drive High-Level and Low-Level Design & Architecture based on project requirements.

    Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and identify solutionsBe in the Details:

    Ability to drive Low Level Design based on High-Level Architecture. Ability to review designs with Architecture teams with representations from Security & Privacy. Familiarity with Sequence Diagrams, Flow Charts, Use Case Diagrams that represent low level design is a must. Strong hands-on experience writing code by implementing software development best practices. Must have expertise in building enterprise grade applications and integrations on Cornerstone platform.

    Performing security assessments and security validation after implementation of security measures in projectsStakeholder management :
    Manage relationships with our business partners and stakeholders. Drive technical conversations with vendors and technical stakeholders.

    Excellent communication skills at all levels including senior leadershipAutomation:

    Drive improvements that help us to scale through optimization and automation of manual processes. Drive Security Governance and Management.

    Own architecture, design, and delivery of critical and complex product requirementInterpersonal Skills:

    Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the Cornerstone architecture modelProvides technical evaluation of demands against Cornerstone platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

    Guides Cornerstone Platform design, including considerations for integration and performanceAssesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with Cornerstone implementation best practicesOffers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deploymentProvides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutionsAdvises on configuration and coding standards and Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to Cornerstone best practicesAssesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting Cornerstone HealthScan.

    Contribute to the overall messaging and positioning of the Security Office & Active participation in Security Industry forums, communities and standards organizations, Lead security conversations & Escalation point for Security Incidents & investigationsParticipation in discussions & presentations with Partners and CustomersInvestigate and understand cloud threatsWork with internal teams to resolve security issues arising from investigations and incidents and conduct post mortem's to ensure issues are properly remediatedPropose & develop structural/design changes to advance the security posture of CornerstoneTech skills

    Technical Experience :

    Strong knowledge of CORNERSTONE Architect Ability to interact with Business, understand implementation/enhance requirements, support implementation of Cornerstone Modules Understand functional and technical usage of components objects of Cornerstone applications Drive the project delivery e2eExcellent grip of Cornerstone framework, User access model, application scoping, basic ITSM skills, good understanding of CMDB, scipting and other objectsSpecialize in Cornerstone product suite, and support creation of collateral, point of view, and thought leadership across the product suite and functional capabilities.

    Think enterprise - Ensure apps are built for scalability, security, performanceWell versed with Agile development practicesUnderstanding of Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Operations and Cloud ComputingUnderstanding in internet security protocols and technologiesExperience & Expertise


    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field10+ years' experience leading and implementing Cornerstone on Demand / HRIS solutionsDemonstrated experience managing complex multi-year projects globallyExposure and experience in HR functions, processes and / or HR shared services teams.

    Strong customer orientation and service driven mentalityKeen process focus, ability to organize diverse activities into structured processes & a systems orientationStrong hands-on and can-do mentality.

    Independent & Process focused approach.

    Ability to function in matrix environments, multiple stakeholders with an adaptive mindset and cross-cultural sensitivitiesSelf-motivated and driven ability to perform and excel with little supervision.


    Education Level:


    10+ years of experience successfully implementing, supporting or upgrading enterprise software product(s)Certification in ITIL, CSM is preferable but not mandatoryDrive your career forward and join the company leading the technology and business evolution in the automotive industry.


    Other requirement's good to have :
    Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience in Science, Technology or Engineering2+ years' experience in Customer Support or Technical Support.

    Experience in Cloud/SaaS application support would be an assetCustomer centric mindset, with passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer serviceStrong collaborative skills that compliment your ability to work with both local and international team membersAbility to scope, analyze, resolve and record solution for clients' complex issues and translate them into system functionality to help clients meet their needs with existing system featuresCompetence to grasp complex system workflows, to understand cause and effect for actions taken in a business process or software system.

    This skill is critical to troubleshooting issues to distinguish between user error and actual system defectsAbility to thoroughly document and articulate system behaviors, issues, workflows and/or functionality in such a way that all users can easily understandFamiliar with support workflows and processes and experience working with HR Systems, in a SLA driven ecosystemExperience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
