Job Title:
Ticketing Executive


Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing Operations:

  • Handle the endtoend ticketing process, including issuing, reissuing, and cancelling tickets.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket details, including names, dates, and destinations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and confirmations.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to ticketing, flight schedules, and travel regulations.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with changes to their travel itineraries and handle rebooking when necessary.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all ticketing transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary travel documents to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and requirements.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and travel partners.
  • Provide timely updates on changes in travel plans and relevant information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and packages.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with travel regulations and restrictions.

Education:


  • A bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience in the travel industry.
