Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand the specific technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for each IT role.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
Continuously assess and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process. Implement strategies to streamline and automate various stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Implement enhanced use of automation in the process.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as an IT recruiter or Technical Recruiter in an offshore IT environment.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
Familiarity with technical evaluation methods, such as coding tests and technical interviews.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
Attention to detail and keenness to improve the processes.
