Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote products or services
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to engage customers effectively
  • Identify and understand customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services
  • Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to potential customers
  • Answer questions from customers regarding the products or services offered
  • Obtain and document customer details, including contact information, preferences, and inquiries
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads or opportunities for sales
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followup activities with potential customers

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles is an advantage, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customers' buying decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer interaction principles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
