    Description
    Manager/Senior ManagerConsolidation

    Our client aleading telecom company is seeking a dynamic and experiencedConsolidation Lead to join their team in Gurgaon. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in preparing ConsolidatedFinancial Statements for international business operating across 10countries. Additionally candidates should possess a strongunderstanding of Ind AS and IFRS accounting standards and haveprior experience working with Big 4 firms. The responsibilitieswill also include variance analysis monthend closing of bookspreparation of notes to accounts and coordination with StatutoryAuditors to ensure timely completion ofaudits.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Individuallyhandle the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements forinternational operations across 10countries
    • Ensure compliance with Ind AS andIFRS accounting standards
    • Conduct varianceanalysis and oversee monthend closing ofbooks
    • Participate in yearend activitiesincluding the preparation of notes to accounts anddisclosures
    • Coordinate with Statutory Auditorsfor timely completion ofaudits
    Qualifications:
    • QualifiedChartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of postqualificationexperience
    • Demonstrated expertise inConsolidation and familiarity with Ind AS and IFRS accountingstandards
    • Prior experience in a Big 4 firm ishighly desirable
