• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals.
• Design and develop visually striking and intuitive website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements using the latest design trends and technologies.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure responsive and crossbrowser compatibility of designs for seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Optimize web graphics, images, and other media elements to ensure fast loading times and optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs, providing necessary assets, design specifications, and guidance throughout the development process.
• Conduct regular design reviews and gather feedback to refine designs and enhance the overall quality of the final product.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your design skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to clients and team members.
• Balance creative expression with adherence to brand guidelines and client preferences.

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and mobilefirst design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design concepts and decisions to nondesign stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality, pixelperfect designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• Experience with SEO principles and accessibility standards is a plus.
