Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus.
