Description

Requirements:

Work with the Product Owner and scrum team on a daily basis to ensure that the business outcomes are being defined and met in a timely manner
Translate complex business requirements into clearly defined, actionable tasks
Develop test cases and test packs
Present the results of your work to senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate across the Derivatives business functions to ensure that the product being delivered meets the requirements of the stakeholders
Present ideas to the product team for new capabilities
Thrive in a highly variable, fast paced environment with changing priorities and tasks
Connect the dots between siloed processes and have a big picture view.
Understanding of data structures and data management practices. Much of our automation needs are aligned to ensuring we are able to pull timely data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders in identifying/clarifying user story acceptance criteria, and supporting user acceptance test planning for each release.
Identify additional opportunities and processes automation

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field and/or equivalent work experience
Technical certifications like Alteryx, Python, SQL, Markit EDM, Agile SCRUM is a must
8+ years of work experience in the financial sector, ideally in operations or data or business analyst role
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in the system development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with our business stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial operational processes, preferable in the derivative industry
