    Description

    Job Description :

    • Cloud Management : Monitor and manage cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
    • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and security teams, to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals
    • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
    • Project Management : Manage the project from start to finish.
    • Resource Management : Handle the team's resources effectively.
    • Risk Management : Identify and address project risks and issues.
    • Meeting Facilitation : Lead project meetings and discussions
    • Problem Solving : Remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.
    • Reporting : Share project updates and issues with stakeholder and senior management
    • Commitment Setting : Help the team determine what they can accomplish.
    • Coordination : Ensure tasks are assigned and executed across teams
    • Architectural Support : Work with architects on architecture backlog management, prototypes, and technical grooming
    • Delegation : Assign projects based on team members' strengths
    • Planning : Create detailed project plans
    • Skill Development : Develop leadership skills in the team.
    • Estimation : Make accurate project time estimates
    • Code Quality : Maintain high-quality code standards.
    • Technology Analysis : Stay updated on tech challenges and opportunities.
    • Feasibility Analysis : Assess project feasibility.
    • Team Building : Participate in hiring and onboarding activities.
    • Conflict Resolution : Resolve conflicts and promote problem-solving.
    Skill Set :
    • Good knowledge of one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,
    • Good knowledge of container technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
    • Understanding and experience with serverless computing models, such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
    • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
    • Deep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and front-end frameworks
    • Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
    • Solid understanding of computer architecture and server platform hardware
    • Capable of building a new team and mentoring team members
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good Management Skills
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
    • Proven working experience in Microsoft technologies.
    • Should have extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
    • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
    • Knowledge of NoSQL would be an added advantage.
    • Must have led a team of at least 10 engineers.
