As a Hindi Customer care Tele calling representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers with product and service-related queries.

You will be required to communicate effectively with customers, demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and provide timely solutions to their problems.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering customers' queries and addressing complaints in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
  • Providing product and service information to customers over the phone in Hindi.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues to the best of your ability within the company's guidelines.
  • Recording customer information, transactions, and feedback in the company's database accurately.
  • Performing followup tasks as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure resolution of customer issues.
  • Keeping uptodate with all current products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:


  • Excellent spoken Hindi language skills.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative, Tele caller, or in a similar clientfacing role.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Ability to listen and focus on customers' needs.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
  • A basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
