As a Hindi Customer care Tele calling representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers with product and service-related queries.
You will be required to communicate effectively with customers, demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and provide timely solutions to their problems.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customers' queries and addressing complaints in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers over the phone in Hindi.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues to the best of your ability within the company's guidelines.
- Recording customer information, transactions, and feedback in the company's database accurately.
- Performing followup tasks as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure resolution of customer issues.
- Keeping uptodate with all current products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken Hindi language skills.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, Tele caller, or in a similar clientfacing role.
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to listen and focus on customers' needs.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
- A basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
