Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Intern (Medical) to join our team. The Customers Success Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our medical customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Assist in building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Support the team in conducting regular checkins with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular checkins with patients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the management team on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with management to assist with onboarding new and improving existing 3P marketplace listings
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Skills:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A degree in a healthcarerelated field, Healthcare Management, Medical Science or similar discipline would be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Active team player, selfstarter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹55, ₹60,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
