**Roles & Responsibilities:
- *
  • Discussions with business / Product / Operations teams on concepts and process validation along with BRD preparation
  • Test case preparation /execution and helping in the issues occurred during test cases execution.
  • IT / Operations: BRD closure, Design Transaction Flow, Error Messages, end to end transaction verification and testing.
  • Technical troubleshooting of Linux Servers, handle Services, file transfer using SFTP etc.
  • Should be able to run SQL queries.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for audit points closure
