Project Associate - Bengaluru, India - Right eSource
Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the entire project from the planning phase to implementation and handover to the client.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and requirements.
Anticipate and proactively address potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure quality standards are met and all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and supervise project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors, to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives.
Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Act as a point of contact for all project-related questions and issues.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional development.
Requirements:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in project management, preferably with luxury retail or hotel execution experience.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to anticipate and proactively address potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle.
Ability to travel as required.
Experience managing budgets and cost control systems.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluency in English is required.
Salary:
₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
