Skills/Experience

510 years of Oracle Consulting experience
5+ years of Oracle ERP/Cloud experience with functional expertise in Oracle Cloud
At least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).
Experience with business processes in Oracle Financial modules
Exposure to global implementations with multiple ledgers and currencies is a plus
Exposure to global tax setups for multiple countries is a plus
Experience with how ERP works with HCM a plus
Functional expertise in requirement gathering for multipillar accounts, gap analysis, solution

design, UAT/CRP/SIT etc.

Attends implementation workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and acts as

lead for Talent and recruiting work streams

Advisor on best practices, map business processes to deliver functionality, document
Experience in documenting design, testing customdeveloped Reports, Interface Testing, and

conversions testing

Ability to effectively work with endusers remotely and mentor resources to a team
Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality on SCM,

Manufacturing, and Financial modules

Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)

the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation

Ability to lead and mentor a team of ERP resources as they relate to best practices, new

functionality, and new compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Oracle Cloud Certification (nice to have)
Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud ERP and the overall Oracle Ecosystem
Effective communicator with the ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and

garner immediate respect and credibility
