Responsibilities

Develop creative ideas and concepts for Instagram reels that align with our brand identity and target audience.

Plan and storyboard reel content, including selecting appropriate music, captions and effects.

Shoot and capture high quality footage using professional equipment or mobile devices.

Edit and enhance reels using video editing software or mobile apps, ensuring a seamless flow, compelling visuals and effective storytelling.

Optimize videos for Instagram's reels format, considering aspect video, duration and other platform-specific requirements.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, features and best practices on Instagram reels and incorporate them into your content creation strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance of reels, track key metrics such as views, likes, shares and conversions and provide regular reports and insights to the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating compelling and engaging video content, specifically for Instagram reels or similar short form video platforms.

Proficiency in video shooting techniques, composition and storytelling.

Strong knowledge of video editing software such as, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps like InShot or CapCut.

Familiarity with Instagram's features algorithms and best practices for reels.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt to changing trends.
