Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and meet sales objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure efficient supply chain management and optimal product distribution.
  • Manage the area sales budget effectively.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area as required.
