Admin Assistant Manager
Location:
Indore
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of custom paper according to foreign currency.
- Looking after Custom duty payment.
- Processing payment of Logistics companies as per their credit term.
- Responsible for handling all files and documents regarding business.
- Coordination with the bank about payment initiation and original document submission
- Preparation of balance statement of account of suppliers.
- Informing suppliers after payment disbursement.
- Preparation of Purchase order and coordination with the same about PO acknowledgment.
- Processing payment of PF, ESIC & Professional Tax monthwise.
- Coordination with the CA as per company requirements.
- Preparation of PPT.
- Engaging with online business portals and activities.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- To organize training.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹8, ₹23,625.07 per month
