Position:
Admin Assistant Manager


Location:
Indore


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of custom paper according to foreign currency.
  • Looking after Custom duty payment.
  • Processing payment of Logistics companies as per their credit term.
  • Responsible for handling all files and documents regarding business.
  • Coordination with the bank about payment initiation and original document submission
  • Preparation of balance statement of account of suppliers.
  • Informing suppliers after payment disbursement.
  • Preparation of Purchase order and coordination with the same about PO acknowledgment.
  • Processing payment of PF, ESIC & Professional Tax monthwise.
  • Coordination with the CA as per company requirements.
  • Preparation of PPT.
  • Engaging with online business portals and activities.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- .Draft and display notices of events and holidays as per schedule.

  • To organize training.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹23,625.07 per month
