Customer Support Executive

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)


Salary: 12, ₹25,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Overall work experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with internal teams to source relevant information and ensure customer query is addressed
  • Log each customer query in internal systems for continuity
  • Handle follow ups with customer and create happy customers
  • Ability to work in shifts

Skill Set:


  • Good communication skills (both written and oral)


  • Team work

  • Ability to help each other and work as a group
  • Good attitude & quick learner


  • Solution oriented

  • Provide quick resolutions to customers including suggesting alternatives
  • Multitasking skills
  • Multi lingual (Language preferable Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
