A Little Bit About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Artworker to join our studio team.

As an Artworker, you will take briefs from the Client Services Team and the Creative Lead, therefore you need to be an approachable and collaborative individual.


This is a demanding role, requiring an ability to manage a large workload within agreed timescales as well as thinking outside the box from time to time.

This team is dedicated to one of our most exciting clients, a global food and beverage brand.

There are approx. 25 different brands and sub-brands to work with and it is a very high-paced studio, billing approx. 300 deliverables per month, and having an average turnaround time of 48hrs from brief to delivery.

The scope of work spans all media; however, many projects will be for print production of in-store, POS, and shopper/retail items to creation of key assets and campaign materials.

You'll be part of a multi-disciplined team consisting of 4 client service members and a studio. This role is a new addition to the team to help manage our growing remit.


What You'll be Doing:


  • Undertake artwork to the client's brief, ensuring all output is delivered to the exact cutter guide and specs required.
  • Helping in the final QC process.
  • Take approved designs from the Creative Lead and turn into accurate printready artwork.
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues, becoming a key part of the team.
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team.
  • Complete timesheets.

What You'll Need:


  • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Experience in creating a wide range of artwork collateral, such as print and digital adaptations, retouching, image manipulation, packaging, and POS materials.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • You must be confident in taking and investigating briefs, raising concerns, and presenting work.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of cutter guides is required.
  • POS knowledge is advantageous.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.

Not essential but definitely an advantage:

  • Experience on global FMCG brand.
  • Multimarket experience.
  • Languages spoken (English).
