Administrator :
Procurement Support


Position Summary:


The Sustainable Procurement Administrator will be responsible for supporting Momentive in supplier sustainability initiatives and increasing sustainability awareness and practices.

He/She will work with Momentive suppliers and participate in developing and will perform Scope 3 reporting activities. He/she will actively encourage and train Momentive suppliers to follow best sustainable practices. This role will be reporting to Procurement Support Manager in Bangalore.


Job Description:


  • 1/ Scope3 Accounting & Reporting:
  • Interact with suppliers to obtain Carbon dioxide coefficient data and carbon footprint of the products they sell to Momentive
  • Maintain Carbon dioxide coefficient data
  • Maintain Scope3 accounting calculator
  • Develop and maintain scorecard for Scope3 reporting
  • Calculate & maintain Carbon dioxide reduction resulted from sustainability projects
2/ Support other sustainability projects as required by manager or Procurement stakeholders

3/ Back-up CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) reporting activites as needed


Additional Details:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's in Science, Environmental or Engineering
  • 12 years' experience in sustainability domain.
  • Fluency in English required
  • Good Excel Reporting skills
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lifecycle analysis software and databases
  • Project Management experience
  • SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
