Description

Tbot Systems, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads and determine their potential for conversion into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client requirements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Goaloriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and quotas
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
