    Description

    Role Description :


    As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's business requirements.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions within Salesforce.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to automate business processes and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
    • Creating and maintaining Salesforce data models, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types.
    • Customizing Salesforce user interface (UI) using Visualforce pages, Lightning Pages, and Lightning App Builder to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
    • Configuring Salesforce features such as profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, workflows, validation rules, and process builder to support business requirements.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements, analyze use cases, and propose technical solutions.
    • Conducting code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
    • Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Salesforce implementations.
    • Keeping uptodate with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and solutions.

    Must-Have Skills :

    • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
    • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
    • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React.
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
    • Ability to work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall development environments.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.)
